RETURNS

We love our products and we’re sure you will too but if there is any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase; we will offer you a refund or exchange on any unused product within 7 days of the original purchase. There is no restocking fee however the item(s) must be in original packaging and free from damage.

DAMAGES POLICY

If the item is lost or damaged in the shipping process, we will replace it or offer you a refund.
If your product(s) were damaged lost during shipping or your order was missing an item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@thegardenshoppelompoc.com or by using the form on our contact page. We may require a photo of the damaged item(s) for insurance purposes.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally a product may become out of stock or back ordered, we will contact you via email to let you know when the product will be available. As soon as it is back in stock, we will ship it straight to you.

You can pay via PayPal or Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Our site is secure and uses 128-bit SSL encryption and does not store any credit card numbers on our servers.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will calculated and charged at the current rate for our store location.

SHIPPING

Orders are typically shipped same day or next day and a USPS tracking number will be emailed to you when product has been shipped.

We currently only sell our productions within the USA.
